I was in the Great Cedar Tower and I enjoyed it. None of these issues seriously impacted my stay. There were many empty stores or they were not open during the week. I ventured about one third the way into the Tanger Mall. It was a bit of an adventure finding the garage. Directional signs were minimal in directing you to the lot. I'm not overly familiar with the roads and garages on the property. This would particularly be an issue for anyone with mobility issues. You need to use self parking, which can be quite a hike with your luggage. No valet parking or even dropping off passengers or luggage at the hotel lobby. But if you are looking for 3 meals a day, your choices are few. I brought a cooler full of snacks and filled up the fridge in the room, so I was fine. Aside from Dunken Donuts or room service I don't think any place is open for breakfast. Rainmaker Casino and Fox Tower are closed.
My stay was from Wednesday to Friday morning so some of my comments do not apply to someone staying for the weekend (as more places seem to be open). Overall, I had a great stay and enjoyed my time.
